Head, Business Development Group (REF.001)
Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree from a reputable university, preferably from the social sciences
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Higher degree(s) and other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage
- Prior experience in marketing of financial services, direct marketing services and customer service in related industries will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Effective negotiator and strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
- Minimum of five years' experience including at least two (2) years in a PFA
Head, Business Support Group (REF.002) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree from a reputable university, preferably from the social sciences
Proficient in the use of computers - Higher degree(s) and other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage

Head, Treasury and Investment Unit (REF.003) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree from a reputable university
- Proficient in the use of computers
- A good Professional Qualification like ACCA, ICAN, CIS or CFA
- Finanacial Services Industry knowledge, i.e. equity, bond & money market.
- Financial Reporting and economic analysis skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of four years' experience including at least one (1) year in a PFA
Head, Operations Unit (REF.004) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree or its equivalent in a business or numerate discipline from a reputable university
- Professional Qualifications e.g ACA, ACII, MBA will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of operations management and computerized information systems
- Be able to start up procedures and maintain an efficient work flow
- Excellent customer service orientation and an eye for details
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Prior experience in marketing of financial services, direct marketing services and customer service in related industries will be an advantage
- Minimum of four years' experience including at least one (1) year in a PFA
Head, Accounts and Admin Unit (REF.005) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree or its equivalent from a reputable university
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Professional Membership of ICAN or ACCA
- Prior experience in audit & control in a financial services environment (treasury, pension, mutual funds) will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of audit application tools
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience including at least two (2) years in a PFA
Head, Human Resources & Administration (REF.006) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree or its equivalent from a reputable university
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of personnel computer application tools
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in a financial services firm
Head, Information & Communication Technology (REF.007) Qualification, Knowledge & Skills
- A first degree from a reputable university, preferably from the sciences
- Enterprise Database Management System (SQL Server, SYBASE, Oracle, MYSQL,etc) Installation, administration, mamnagement and support
- Operating systems (Linux, Windows and Windows 2003 Server)
- Programming and application development tools (V.B. Net, Visual Studio, Reporting Services, etc)
- Website Support and Management skills
- Excellent team player, documentation & Project Management Skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Effective negotiator and strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
- Minimum of three years' experience with at least eighteen (18) months in a PFA
