Funds Officer
Description
This Officer shall be responsible for managing the funds raised and held by the organization. He shall continually research and locate other sources of Funds for the organization. He shall solicit for grants, loans and offers for funding of the operations of the organization. He shall also keep track of all funds in the possession of the organization and advice of financial decisions.
Responsibilities
• He shall research, locate and solicit for funds for the operations of the organization.
• He shall keep records of financial details of the organization and advice on necessary decisions concerning them.
• He shall work with Auditors to ensure accountability.
• Budgetary control including the use of variance analysis, projections and the use of control tools to monitor achievement of set targets.
• Financial research including competition and analysis of the industry to keep management informed of developments and advice on decisions to be taken.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Good first degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting or relevant Social Science discipline.
• Membership of a recognized accounting professional body i.e. holder of ACA, ACCA, ICAN.
• Possession of MBA is an advantage.
• Must have knowledge of current International Financial Reporting Standard and knowledge of Accounting software will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Access and Excel and any other statistical analysis software.
• At least two years experience in a financial institution in a funds and loans capacity.

Accountant
Description
This officer shall be responsible for the day to day book keeping of the organization. He shall be responsible for dispensing funds that have been approved by the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities
• He shall keep all the necessary book, ledgers and records of the organization.
• He shall work with the Funds officer to ensure that all records are keep correctly.
• He shall record all transactions in reference to ongoing Projects.
• He shall dispense funds to relevant parties on prior approval by the CFO.
• The officer must work with Auditors to ensure financial accountability.
• Draw up monthly reports on all financial activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Procurement and Maintenance Officer
Description
This officer shall facilitate the procurement of all items needed by the organization. He shall serve as the liaison between the company and all contractors and suppliers. He shall be responsible for the logistics of all events assigned to him by the Administrative Officer and shall be responsible for all property belonging to the company.
Responsibilities
• He shall be responsible for the purchase all items need by the organization.
• Create an inventory of all items owned by the company and ensure that they are always accounted for.
• Handle the logistics of event organized by the organization i.e. Venue, transportation etc.
• He shall be responsible for contract staff i.e. Drivers, cleaners, office assistants etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Innovative and Charismatic.
• Proficient in MS office Applications.
• Knowledge of Inventory Software will be added advantage.
• Fluent in English and at least three Nigerian Languages.
• A working knowledge of Nigeria’s geography.

Public Relations Officer
Description
The Public Relations officer is responsible for the image of the Organization. He shall serve as the liaison person between the organization and the general public. He shall be responsible for initiating a strategy that will create an image for the company and boost the strategies proposed by set goals.
Responsibilities
• The officer shall create and continually improve on a strategy to establish the organization and project the image that will inform the public of organizations aims.
• He shall serve as a liaison between the company and the general public.
• He shall be responsible for branding the organization.
• He shall monitor all correspondence going between the press and the organization.
• He shall serve as the representative of the company in dispersing information.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• B.sc or any other related discipline i.e. Humanities.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in publicity related work.
• Must be fluent in English and at least two other Nigerian Languages.
• Must be attractive, confident and charismatic.
• Must have a strong Knowledge of Laws and regulations guiding SME business development in Nigeria

Qualifications and Experience

Must be a Nigerian (Male or Female)

Possess a Master's degree or PhD in population, sociology, development studies and specialized in gender studies.

Possess professional experience of a minimum of 10 years (Post Graduate) or 5 years (Post PhD) preferably in programme/project management in the public or private sector linked to gender issues.

Have experience in working with government institutions and donor organizations
be familiar with issues on population, reproductive health, gender and youth; and should
have a strong capability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written English.

Have ability to work under pressure

Have excellent communication and human relation skills

Have proficiency in current office software applications is mandatory

Post Title: Information and Communication Officer

A well grounded professional is required in information and communication technology that has at least five years experience as hands on practitioner.

  • Five years progressively responsible professional work experience in communication, print and broadcast media or interactive digital media, of which two years should be in developing countries.

  • Knowledge of current theories and practices in communication, research, planning and strategy, and the role of mass media.
